The Work As the Senior Test Software Automation Engineer, you will design and develop automated test station Software used to test RF/Digital/Analog/Power modules, subsystems, and systems. Designs can include automated test programs, as well as sim/stim test systems used in production test solutions.
Responsibilities also include: - The design, development and maintenance phases of the project. - Presenting design documentation for customer and team reviews. - Integration and validation of the test software. - Costing/proposal data generation for new business.
Who you are The ideal candidate for this position will have: - Experience developing test automation software in an aerospace environment using LabView, C/C++ and Matlab. - Expertise in automating measurement equipment. -Previous experience with computer operating systems and administration.

Conducts or participates in the research, design, development, and testing of COTS or custom computing hardware and/or otherelectrical components. Develops designs for the installation of components and assembliesinto chassis, racks, cabinets,workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Expereince with test solution software development and system/component integration & test
• Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
• Test automation design and measurement experience or knowledge.
• LabVIEW development
• C/C++ software development
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
