Overview

Lead and coordinate the work of assigned cleaning team members.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards and service expectations are met.
Train and mentor new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
Assist with special cleaning projects and floor care as assigned.
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass applicable background checks and drug screening requirements, if required by the client site.
