Job Summary:
**Leadership opp w/ min call req + $30K Geo + $75K Start Bonus**
HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA leader to serve as Chief CRNA overseeing a team of 18 CRNAs within a well-established anesthesia care team model. The Chief CRNA works collaboratively with facility anesthesia leadership and operations teams while maintaining a clinical presence and providing strategic oversight for staffing, quality initiatives, recruitment, and professional development.
Qualified Candidate/Opportunity Highlights
- Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA with 3+ years autonomous working experience.
- Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification
- Anesthesia Care Team Model: 12 MDs/18 CRNAs
- Minimal weekend call requirement of 1 shift per month; (7a-5p and 8a-4p, Saturday and Sunday)
- Chief expected onsite 3-4 days per week
- Diverse case mix of general, orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI/Endoscopy
- CRNAs do A-lines, central lines, float SWANZ in cardiac room, perform peripheral nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinals
