Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with
competing priorities in a fast paced environment. - Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
- Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally -Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Problem solving skills.
Desired Skills
- Able to navigate and use MFC's Electronic
Financial System (EFS) - Working knowledge of SAP and/or
- CAM Trained.
- Knowledge of EVMS processes. -Working
knowledge of Procurement processes including
Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures
and FAR. - Program Performance Management 101 or
equivalent training. - Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.
- Experience reviewing an Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS) - Knowledge and experience of the Proposal
Process, Risk Mitigation and Project Management
as it relates to Supply Chain. - Previous experience implementing change to
improve processes. - Ability to make strategic decisions while
delivering results. - Previous experience preparing and
delivering presentations.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
