You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end subcontract execution across commercial, DOD and international programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
- Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activity throughout the contract lifecycle.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills
- Experience managing complex subcontracts
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions
- Working knowledge of standard contract types
- Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
- Experience with LM S/4Hana
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
