We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Typically requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience
- Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment
- Experience with IFS for TIP Management
- NBPI or NACE Certification
- Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification
- Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
- Root Cause analysis training
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
