What you´ll do
- The individual selected for this role will be primarily responsible for following batch sheet instructions to safely meet production targets with good quality finished product. The employee will be expected to follow all policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and actively participating in the safety program.
- Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift within the assigned production area.
- Meet production targets, urgently communicating any and all downtime that hinders achievement.
- Actively train, as permitted and coordinated by Production Supervisor, to become certified in all areas of production.
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas involving plant safety, quality and production to the leadership team.

- Perform various other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
