You will be the Business Operations Finance/Procurement Manager for the Finance & Procurement Operations team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, procurement oversight, budget management, and cost optimization.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Business Operations Finance/Procurement Manager you will be responsible for driving financial excellence across facilities projects, ensuring compliance with Texas lien and tax regulations, and leading strategic procurement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee capital, expense, and direct‑charge policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage Texas lien and tax regulations for facilities projects.
- Develop and maintain manpower plans and forward‑rate pricing for regional finance.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and DCAA audit responses.
- Direct procurement processes, contract‑labor management, and staff performance accountability.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education/experience
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office software Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in using LM Buildings Procurement, Financial, Work order, Project Manager modules and
interfaces. - Proficient in P-Card administration policies, practices and procedures.
- Proficient in MFC/SEMAC Procurement policies, practices, and procedures.
Desired Skills
• Proficient in Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of the MFC Operations Organizational Structure interdependencies including
but not limited to manufacturing, facilities finance, planning, engineering, maintenance, & construction,
• Understand UAW contract provisions

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $111400.00 - $206800.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$100200.00 - $186200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$89100.00 - $165500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$80200.00 - $149000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
