Join our Strategic Missiles and Defense team in Silverdale, Washington. Our Materiel & Logistics group is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Member to provide audit based inventory support of D5 missile processing, equipment maintenance, and DD-250 processing in support of fleet operations.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the efficient movement of material and equipment from the warehouse or other FBM plants to production and maintenance.
- Develop material and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules.
- Perform technical review of customer requests in the Material Acquisition System (MAS) and post receipts.
- Support audits of Government Furnished property and materials, and contractor acquired material using the Automated Stock Retrieval System (ASRS) and SAP.
- Perform cycles counts as neccessary to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret procedural documentation and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills to include functional knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Inventory management and warehouse experience
Desired Skills
- Experience with Material Acquisition System (MAS) processes, MILSTRIP functions, and Government requisitioning
- Basic understanding of property regulations, logistics, and supply chain management processes
- Experience with logistics/property data bases (SAP, ASRS, IMAP, and AMOS) or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team based environment with excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter who is proactive with ability to multi-task
- Ability to function as MRP (Material Resource Planner) support as required
- Familiarity with AA&E, Ordnance, Classified, GOE (Government Owned Equipment) and FIAR (Financial Independent Audit Readiness) inventory processes and procedures
- Coordinate with local government partner and handling and transportation groups for access to Government Magazines
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
