Job Summary

Provides specialized analytic, administrative and clerical support to executives, managers and staff for an an area or department.

Responsibilities

Meeting and Event Planning/Preparation

Organizes meetings and develops agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
Plans and organizes business unit special events

Communications

Maintains confidentiality and deals with information that is highly sensitive

Special Projects

Coordinates special projects as needed

Budgeting and Expense Management

Manages departmental budgets
Processes expense reports and POs and proactively manages to completion

Calendar Management and Travel

Coordinates complex calendars
Makes travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications

3+ years experience preferred
