Comcast is seeking Solar Panel Installation Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team in Pensauken, NJ and Tampa, FL.
In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside experienced installers and electricians to support the installation of residential solar energy systems. If you enjoy working outdoors, using tools, solving problems, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Assist with the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting, racking, wiring, and system setup
Support electricians and lead installers on residential solar projects
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Bend conduit, terminate wiring, and install electrical components
Work on rooftops and at elevated heights while following strict safety procedures
Maintain organized and professional job sites
Perform service and maintenance tasks as needed
Follow all quality, safety, and company standards
What We're Looking For
Construction, installation, or other hands-on technical experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to work outdoors and at heights
Active and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
