Job Description Join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the readiness of cutting-edge Electronic Warfare systems for the F-15 fleet. As the TacAir EW Sustainment Program Manager, you will lead the sustainment efforts for the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) and Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS), supporting BAE Systems' F-15 Electronic Warfare Enterprise.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Earned Value Management. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these programs – from planning and execution to performance tracking and reporting – across both domestic and international programs. You'll not only manage complex projects, but also mentor and develop other Program Managers within the product area.

Program Leadership: Coordinate, plan, organize, and execute sustainment programs ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Performance Management: Develop and utilize leading and lagging indicators to proactively monitor program performance, providing clear and concise reporting to internal leadership and our DoD customers.

Supply Chain Expertise: Leverage your experience in material forecasting ("make" and "buy") to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure system availability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively collaborate across functional teams, manufacturing facilities, key suppliers, and Department of War customers.
New Business Support: Contribute to the pursuit of new business opportunities and the development of accurate financial plans.
Leadership & Compliance: Champion a culture of ethics, safety, and security within the team.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelors Degree with a minmum of 8 years experience as a Program Manager
Deep Program Management experience.
5 years of experience as an Earned Value Management (EVM) practitioner
5 years of experience working with the Department of War customers and / or key suppliers
Material Forecasting: 2+ years of experience with material forecasting, including "make" and "buy" decisions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train others
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Ideal Candidate: Master's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on EVM, DoD contracts, and EW systems sustainment. Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
