We are looking for a Contract TA Sourcing Specialist with at least 2 years of candidate identification and engagement (recruiting/sourcing) experience in the technical or operations domain. This position is fast-paced, and you will be joining a fun and cohesive team. In this role, you will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the Aerospace & Mission Systems Segment. You will have the opportunity to advance the BAE Systems brand across numerous markets and professional communities and influence the sourcing strategy while working directly with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates. You’ll combine research, technology, creativity, data, and relationship-building to build strategic pipelines and directly influence our hiring outcomes. This position will be full-time remote, but candidates must be open to traveling to BAE Systems facilities if needed.
You will have the opportunity to:
Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, talent databases, referrals, events, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and qualify candidates, assessing skills, experience, motivation, and overall alignment while positioning the organization and opportunity.

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
