What You Will Be Doing
As a program communications lead, you will be responsible for executing strategic integrated communication plans for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons line of business. You will lead integrated communications efforts that align with business objectives, and counsel leaders and subject matter experts on effective messaging and communication tactics. You will support marketing campaigns, conduct media relations, develop engaging content for multiple audiences across a variety of channels, and measure the effectiveness of those efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
Reporting to the communications manager, you will work closely with business and government leaders to understand company and customer objectives and craft strategic communication plans which will achieve those goals.
Your role includes but is not limited to:
- Developing and executing integrated communications plans to support the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons line of business.
- Collaborating with business and functional partners, government relations, and other communicators to create engaging content to influence stakeholders and drive positive business outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects including employee and executive communications, event support, visual content development, and external communications, at the same time.
- Develop stories for internal and external audiences.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to business and functional leaders.
- Support cross-business communication campaigns.
- Build and maintain key relationships with customer public affairs professionals.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proven, superior writing and editing experience
- Excellent prioritization and time management
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Positive Attitude
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field from an accredited college
- 5 years of professional experience in communications

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
