- Lead day-to-day
manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production and
high-quality products.
- Drive plant performance
by achieving key operational KPIs, budget targets, and project milestones.
- Develop, coach, and
mentor plant personnel to build team capability and support career growth.
- Champion continuous
improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and
efficiency.
- Ensure all operations
comply with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and
environmental, health, and safety standards.
