Standard Job Description
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
As a Project Engineer for the ATLO Electrical Ground Support Equipment Team, you will (to include, but not limited to):
• Provide primary support to Product Owners and Engineering Managers, working under very general supervision in support of larger team goals
• Support schedules/timelines for team execution
• Coordinate inter-team dependencies and drive transparency across teams, anticipating obstacles to performance
• Support and participate in working groups and technical exchange meetings
• Support staff meetings, documentation, data collection or inputs for presentations, produce/update presentations, track/provide/maintain metrics, work special assignments or ad hoc tasks, and other duties as assigned
• Apply critical thinking and initiative to help address tasks and requirements for the entire program in support of program goals
• Relentlessly seek automation opportunities in support of process improvement and embedded quality

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience with project management
• Practical knowledge of project management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be a United States citizen
Desired Skills
Experienced with Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence
• Graduate of OLDP or ELDP program
• Experience with OET/PMT
• Manufacturing experience
• Flexibility and determination to learn new skills
• Process improvement experience
• Accountable and responsible, able to work in a team-focused, dynamic environment
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of earned value management
• Experience with developing and maintaining cross-functional schedules for projects or activities
• Positive/self-starting attitude that is not slowed by perceived roadblocks
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, to include briefing senior leaders
• Self-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $106600.00 - $198000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
