The candidate must have knowledge of shipping and receiving, property management, hardware maintenance.
The successful candidate will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operations of Strategic SATCOM missions. Install components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, and customer facilities. Perform, conduct, and document preventive maintenance checks required for the devices and associated subsystems. Update maintenance data collection records and assist with the installation and check-out of modifications to equipment. Apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting design drawings, manuals or simulator documents. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed. Comply with site security and access control procedures in accordance with Protected SATCOM programs and customer procedures.
The successful candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature.
Basic Qualifications
- Milstar, AEHF, or other Satellite Communications (SATCOM) operations and maintenance.
- Experience with inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and property management.
- US citizenship required, Secret Security Clearance required.
Desired Skills
- Experience working with operational Protected SATCOM units and SPO
- Experience with Protected SATCOM technical documentation.
- Experience with Level 2 maintenance and well versed in the use of various hand tools and test equipment.
- Knowledge of Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) handling
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
