Standard Job Description
This role will be the Project Manager for a closed area ADP Program pursuit. The role will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems related to overall IT requirements. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes and coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Creates IT Capability roadmaps to reflect
program value overlaid to meet program milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. Works with operations leadership on programs priorities to make sure resources are assigned to the program for all IT capability support.

Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
