The Deployed Reentry Systems Team is currently seeking a Systems Engineer, Senior to support the Flight Test Integration Group. As a Systems Engineer, Senior you will support field centers, facilities, and co-contractors as well as the operational readiness and safety of the Navy’s Strategic Weapons System. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the Strategic Weapons Facilities (SWFs), Unsatisfactory Report Board (URB), co-contractors, and the Department of Energy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, Aeronautical, etc.)
- Proficiency creating Technical Presentations to Customers using Microsoft Office suite—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required

- Highly motivated and dedicated to completing tasks to a high standard
- Strong technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well with their own team, as well as with other departments, organizations, and customers
- Experience with hardware acceptance and qualification
- 2 years’ experience with the FBM program
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
