Our facility in Englewood, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 2 Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner you will support team members in the FBM Life Extension 2 Program.
In this role you will:
• Develop, statuses, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners
• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program
• Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management
• Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management

Standard Job Description: Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree • Strong communication, writing & presentation skills • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance |
Desired Skills
• Proficiency with Earned Value Management • Experience analyzing data • Experience with Deltek Open Plan or similar program planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc) • Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate with the Customer

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
