THE WORK
- Provide floor support to all assembly personnel to create an environment of Just-In-Time lean manufacturing.
- Acts as the proposal coordinator by working with cross functional team that is compiling cost, schedule, & technical elements to development proposals in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP) specs
- Develops site proposal BOMs and validates accuracy; runs SAP/P2P reports
- Creates Labor Template for Industrial Engineering
- Runs Clearwater Labor Reports for Management Review and Approval
- Interaction with DCAA/other audit agencies to support Audits as needed
- Support functional or program Performance Management Teams (PMT)

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Understand Bill of Material structures
- Strong written & oral communications skills
- High level of attention to detail with large amounts of data
Desired Skills
- Related Masters degree
- Basic knowledge of the proposal process, RMS estimating and pricing policies
- SAP/P2P experience
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and xlookup
- Ability to create macros to strengthen process, procedures, and proposal tools
- Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Adaptability in fast-paced environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
