Responsible for driving and participating in integration and test planning/execution activities according to defined tasks, Milestones and schedules.

Responsible for driving and participating in the execution of integration plans and testing

Participate in the integration and testing activities that occur in the local System Integration Lab.

Responsible for driving and participating in system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with cross-program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, ensure test-set up readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness reviews).

Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.

Responsible for supporting the bidding of System Integration Test scope during proposals.

Experience navigating a team of various skill levels through the I&T process.

Support Travel up to 10%, domestically & internationally.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, and/or other programming languages.

Experience with integration, verification, validation and/or system testing.
-
Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Experience using String/HWIL test equipment, radio frequency (RF) electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations, and integrating or regression testing radar systems with certifications in CompTIA Network+ and or CompTIA Security+.

Experience with MATLAB, Linux Operating Systems (Linux Red Hat), Unix, and Shell scripting for performing integration, verification, test, and data analysis, integrating and configuring electronics, installing/debugging software.

Experience creating integration test procedures, test plans, test scripts, developing and maintaining configuration control documentation, and navigating through test setup.

Experience with agile and DevSecOps processes, implement (or maintain) agile methodologies, participating in daily team standup meetings, sprint reviews, program Increment (PI) Planning meetings, retrospectives, and agile tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, and support execution of the team’s backlog including performance analysis and issue investigation.

Strong integration skills, knowledge of radar algorithms, radar signal processing concepts, theory, modeling and determining radar performance, and team interaction skills.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
