Assist with program integration, coordination, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution

Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations

Develop, inform and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives

Interface with US Army Government Leaders to develop and influence program priorities, execution, and funding strategies
-
Lead proposal and associated capture and startup activities
-
Collaborate with Financial Planning to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and the Integrated Master Schedules meet program strategies, objectives, and milestones

Set budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements for IPTs/CPTs
-
Lead the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
-
Participate in internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include, Gates, EACs, contract proposals, negotiation and definitization, and contract closeout efforts

Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Experience with technical, cost, and schedule requirements
Qualifications We Prefer

In-depth knowledge of projectile weapon systems and army production and development programs

Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management.

Proficiency with program management tools

Demonstrated ability to advise and influence functional leaders, business development, global supply chain and internal program leaders to secure the necessary financial (IR&D, Capital) & staffing resources

Program Management Certification or ability to obtain; track record in successfully leading IR&D, NBI and/or customer funded programs/projects

This position is an onsite role, located in either Tucson or Scottsdale, AZ.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
