Job Summary and Qualifications
The Operations Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and analyzing supply chain operational and financial data as it applies to supply chain products, SMART system, SMART WorkDisc, supply management data, and supply expense data utilizing business intelligence applications and data analytics. This position will support the Division and Facility Supply Chain Directors by understanding their objectives, data information needs and will translate this information into a format that will improve supply management and supply expense decision making within HealthTrust Supply Chain Solutions
Major Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and analyze inventory and product data.
- Run daily reports such as Dayact price change analysis, compliance and charge reconciliation reports.
- Develop, create and analyze SMART and SMART WorkDisc reports.
- Develop and analyze Supply Expense data, reports and templates.
- Run and analyze par analysis tools.
- Analyze general ledgers, and chargeable /non-chargeable items.
- Creating backorder reports.
- Utilize a process improvement approach to develop, enhance and share solutions to improve data analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Economics Required
- At least two years’ experience with managing multiple project to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, and supply chain or information systems-oriented environments. Required
- Proficient in the use of all aspects and software provided in the Microsoft Office Suite. (ie. Excel (advanced), Access Database, PowerPoint, Visio, Word). Required
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Required
- One year of related experience in healthcare analytics or economics. Preferred
