You will be a member of the Warfighter Team as part of the Military Operations Analysis organization, responsible for analysis of current and future LM Aeronautics combat platforms, Operational Concepts, Concept of Employment, and Virtual Simulation supporting programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Military Operations Analysis Pilot you will be responsible for leading trade comparisons, flying aircraft simulators, and providing operational insight for CONOPs and CONEMPs in analytical studies supporting company programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading trade comparisons of combat air performance, survivability, and lethality
- Flying aircraft simulators, syllabus instruction to pilots, and validating operational capability
- Supporting fighter simulation venues, Virtual Warfare Center, Multi‑Domain Analysis Center
- Providing operational insight for CONOPs and CONEMPs in analytical studies supporting company programs

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, experienced professional with a background in military fighter operations. You have a strong understanding of combat air performance, survivability, and lethality, as well as experience with fighter aircraft simulators and operational capability validation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Uses advanced techniques for researching, developing, integrating and deploying advanced modeling, data analytics, simulation and analysis (MS&A) methods and toolsets to quantify the impact of operational concepts, AI/ML algorithms, vehicle design, payloads, and tactics across multiple missions and domains. Applies critical thinking and scientific methods to mathematics, statistical approaches, engineering practices, operational mathematics techniques, and data science to evaluate system capabilities. Provides classified complex modeling, data analysis and quantitative & qualitative reasoning to inform decisions across areas in the Joint All-Domain Operations spectrum. Evaluates current and future adversary threat systems and environments, using the same techniques, to understand operational impacts and provide analysis. Translates customer questions into meaningful studies and develops advanced MS&A methods to enable analysis supporting requirements definition, system of system evaluation, interoperability in joint environments and utility assessments of advanced technology and concepts.
