Job Summary:
Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking an advanced practice provider to join a busy family medicine practice in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Qualified Candidates:- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and mental health screenings to identify acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and manage individualized care plans for a wide range of health issues, from common illnesses to long-term chronic diseases
- Perform and/or assist with procedures such as wound care, suturing, skin biopsies, and other minor interventions
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
