This roleis responsible forsupporting the administration of fiduciary accounts, ensuring adherence to governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies. The Trust Administrator works closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, address client needs, andsupporta consistentand compliant client experience.

Fiduciary Account Administration:Supports the administration of trust accountsin accordance withgoverning documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies, ensuring alignment with fiduciary standards.
ClientSupport:Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuringtimelyand professional resolution of routine requests.
Risk and Compliance Management:Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues asappropriate.
Issue Resolution:Partners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-relatedmatters..
Account Lifecycle Management:Assistswith account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, andaccuratesetupof account and tax reporting information.
