Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
- Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
- Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
- Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
- Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes
What qualifications you will need:
- (ARRT-R) Radiography
- BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years minimum supervisory experience preferred
