Support day‑to‑day execution of Japan Patriot DCS contracts, including coordination, tracking, and reporting on assigned tasks

Drive assigned tasks to completion by proactively identifying required actions, engaging stakeholders, and following through to closure

Assist with preparation of internal and external program documentation, including status reports, action logs, and briefing materials
-
Conduct analytical reviews of schedules, financial data, risks, and program metrics to support decision‑making
-
Perform tasks as required by the program manager to support disciplined program execution, including documentation management, action-item tracking, and workflow coordination
-
Maintain adherence to Raytheon program management processes, policies, and tools
-
Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Experience in program or project management
-
Experience with action item tracking and associated tools

Experience utilizing problem solving processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer

Familiarity with program management tools, processes, and business systems

Knowledge of import and export regulations, including related licensing processes

Experience supporting international defense customers, direct commercial sales, or Patriot programs

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

This position is an onsite role, located in Tewksbury, MA.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
