Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. This is a non-driving position responsible for assisting customers, issuing parking tickets, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced parking environment.
Pay: $18.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: WEEKENDS ONLY- TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE
1 - Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 5:00 pm
1 - Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities
- Issue parking tickets to customers upon entry.
- Collect parking fees and process cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patrons in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer customer questions regarding parking rates, facility policies, and directions.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure orderly traffic flow and proper use of parking spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile payments as required.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or customer issues to management.
- Keep the parking facility clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous parking industry experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
