What you´ll do
- Execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products in accordance with approved SOPs, Manufacturing Instructions, and safety requirements.
- Operate production equipment—including mixers, mills, presses, and weighing scales—to achieve batch specifications and meet quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and contamination‑free work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor process conditions, product quality, and equipment performance, and promptly report any deviations or abnormalities.
- Document production activities, material usage, and process data accurately within required systems and batch records.
- Adhere to safety policies, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
