You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor (LEVEL 3) for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor (LEVEL 3) you will be responsible for leading a union‑represented crew of 10‑20 workers on weekend coverage Th-Sun (first shift), ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise machining, assembly, weld, and painting of parts across multiple buildings.
- Manage performance assessments, work assignments, cross‑training, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, and ESH partners to execute core metrics.
- Ensure customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

This position is in Grand Prairie, TX. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous leadership experience Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership.
- Demonstrated skills in team building and leading.
- Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience Proficient in SAP Greenbelt Certification
- Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership
- Experience in: First line supervision Collective Bargaining Agreement Programmatic/Operations cost and estimating
- Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
