As the Operations Engineer Senior Staff you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical operational and deployment projects spanning multiple geographies for C-130. Blending deep production and industrial engineering expertise with strong business acumen, you will architect operational readiness, facilitate Lean 3P (Production Preparation Process) events, and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure seamless execution across global sites in the US and India. A cornerstone of this role is acting as a key liaison with our manufacturing and engineering hubs in India, requiring frequent on-site collaboration and language fluency
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Engineer Senior Staff you will be responsible for coordinating multinational engineering efforts, ensuring schedule integrity, and driving producibility and quality across the C‑130 program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and synchronize complex global projects, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule to meet program milestones.
- Facilitate and direct Lean 3P (Production Preparation Process) workshops with manufacturing hubs in Marietta, GA and India.
- Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. and Indian manufacturing sites, providing on‑site collaboration and supporting language‑specific communication.
- Conduct producibility and quality analyses, applying expertise in failure analysis, industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and reliability.
- Partner with supplier quality, test, and tooling teams to implement process improvements that enhance product performance and manufacturability.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related) and brings several years of experience in global program execution, schedule management, and Lean manufacturing. You excel at cross‑cultural communication, have a strong analytical mindset, and are skilled in failure analysis, quality assurance, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. Your collaborative approach and proven ability to drive results in a multi‑site environment make you a key contributor to C‑130 success.
