Job Summary
The IT Business Process Analyst is part of the GAM IT Center of Excellence (GAM IT COE) team. As the IT Business Process Analyst, you will innovate and develop new metrics, initiate process improvement changes, and provide reports and analysis as required. Conduct quantitative analysis of business information and data using mathematical and statistical modeling while maintaining excellent data integrity. Identify areas for improvement through sound analytics and analyze large and varied data sets in business modeling. Utilize data to trend future performance by managing data sets and developing intuitive tools. Additionally, seek new ways to measure performance, and proactively review market tools and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Maintain Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages, and troubleshoot workflows.
- Coordinate with other GAM functions (i.e., Internal Governance, QA, SME, GAM leadership)
- Document, develop, and deliver training on business systems processes
- Generate reports and prepare meaningful data aggregates using Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and similar business intelligence applications.
- Review and process requests via AssetWorks, eQuip and SAP.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance metrics continually.
- Document, develop, and deliver training on business systems processes.
- Create and support models that assist in the provision of informed business decisions (Cost and time data, model curves, and outcomes analysis).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field in lieu of formal education, 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience using SAP and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills – Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
