Job Summary
The IT Business Process Analyst is a key member of the Government Asset Management (GAM) IT Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will develop new digital tools, drive data integration initiatives for cross-process improvements, and collaborate with operational sites on metrics, processes, and reporting. You will analyze data to ensure accuracy, implement corrective actions, and enhance digital tools. Additionally, you will proactively evaluate market tools to support continuous improvement efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages; troubleshoot SharePoint Designer workflows.
- Coordinate and communicate with other Government Asset Management (GAM) teams.
- Contribute ideas and insights to Internal Governance, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and GAM teams.
- Document, develop, and deliver training materials on business systems processes and digital tools.
- Generate and analyze reports in SharePoint, Excel, SAP, and eQuip; prepare meaningful data aggregates.
- Provide solutions and process project requests using VBA, databases, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Create and maintain MS Access database dashboards and track performance metrics continuously.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In lieu of formal education, 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience using VBA, SAP, SharePoint, Excel, MS Access Databases. PowerPoint and eQuip
