Fleet Ballistic Missiles (FBM) is one of Lockheed Martin’s best-in-class Lines of Businesses that prioritizes partnership, integrity, and reliability. The Propulsion group is an organization that supports the Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance, and Controls directorate within FBM that is responsible for the manufacturing and production of the boost rocket motor subsystem.
This position is for a Mechanical Engineer whose responsibilities will focus on propulsion hardware, manufacturing processes, and deployed system support. Collaborating well in a team environment and having excellent communication skills are key to success in this position. In this role, the candidate will have numerous opportunities to represent the Propulsion IPT with our partners (customer and subcontractor), with many opportunities for career development along the way.
