The Work
The position is for an experienced Systems Engineer Lead who will provide leadership and guidance for activities on the MH-60 Naval Helicopter Program. In this role you will:
- Lead and coordinate with a complex, multidisciplinary team of engineers
- You will contribute to system design and requirements development, ensuring system architectures, interfaces, and behaviors align with customer and program needs.
- Support major program reviews including SRR, PDR, and CDR
- Develop Basis of Estimates for United States Navy contract proposal(s)
- Act as a Control Account Manager, performing all necessary aspects in Earned Value Management reporting
- Communicate technical status and program progress to internal leadership and external customers.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Basic Qualifications
Experience collaborating and leading a diverse set multi-functional teams
Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification)
Control Account Management (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related STEM discipline from an accredited college with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level
Desired Skills
Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment)
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo)
Experience with leading and managing engineering product lines
Familiarity with MH60 CONOPS, Architecture, and Requirements
Current active Secret security clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
