Overview
The Assistant Janitorial Manager is responsible for leading daily janitorial operations within a high-visibility café, fitness, and wellness environment. This position requires a highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented leader who takes ownership of cleanliness, employee performance, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.
Pay: $54,080 - $62,400
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: 9am-6pm

Responsibilities
Manage daily janitorial operations, staffing, schedules, assignments, and service priorities.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, and presentation throughout café, fitness, wellness, restrooms, and common areas.
Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, productivity, safety, and quality.
Maintain organized cleaning schedules, checklists, inventory systems, work orders, and operational documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers, client representatives, café personnel, fitness staff, and facility leadership.
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing janitorial, housekeeping, facilities, hospitality, or similar operations.
Conditions may require walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting (less than or equal to 50 pounds), bending, working in awkward positions handling equipment and materials.
Employees will be required to wear protective clothing and/or respiratory equipment when conditions warrant.
