- The Quality Specialist will be responsible for performing testing to the inspection plan for bulk manufacturing products. Testing includes standard QC methods, including but not limited to viscosity, cure speed/temperature, tensile lap shear performance, stability, titrations, various analytical tests and others as needed.
- Records, reports, and retains all necessary documentation for incoming and outgoing materials and samples.
- Aid in customer complaint and non-conforming material investigations, verify production adherence to manufacturing quality requirements.
- May assist Quality Control supervisor with calibration process.
- Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental rules, procedures, and regulations.
