In this role, you will lead complex technical programs supporting Oracle’s strategic GPU customers through large-scale, multi-year capacity ramps. You will partner with customer engineering teams and Oracle’s cloud infrastructure, networking, engineering, operations, and support organizations to ensure reliable Day 2 operations, resolve critical issues, and drive successful expansion of GPU environments.
You will apply strong technical judgment to coordinate troubleshooting across GPU infrastructure, network, storage, capacity, and observability systems; establish operational readiness and escalation mechanisms; and translate customer needs into scalable process, tooling, and product improvements. Success requires the ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, communicate clearly with technical and executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams through high-impact customer issues.
