About the Role
Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic andHulu) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).
The Disney+ teamis responsible fortheday-to-dayoperation of Disney+ across Europe, MiddleEastand Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships andsynergy, content programming,researchand analytics.
We are looking foran enthusiasticSeniorData Scientistto join our Disney+Analytics & InsightsEMEA team.The purpose of this role is towork collaboratively alongside functional EMEA Analytics teams (Content, Subscriber Growth, Local)and wider business leadsto deliver robustdata science projects and models.Sitting within the Data Science team there will beafocus on forecasting ofcustomertrends and engagement as well as ad hoc modelling to gainadditionalinsight from our vast customer data.
This role willleverageexcellent technical,storytellingand communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally toidentifybusiness needs and deliver data science projects across EMEA.
This rolewill be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, witheithera Mondayor Fridayworking from home.

What you will do
Drive the development, design and implementation of the engagement forecast model. End-to-end involvement from data collection, algorithmdevelopmentand forecasting. Play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders, communicating insights andproductionalisingresults. Continuously explore ways to improve themethodologyand the model accuracy
Required Qualifications & Skills
DegreeinData Science,Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with4+years of experience in data science-related roles
