Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity
The Associate HR Analyst provides HR data, analytics and operational support to multiple functions within Ally. Contributes to the HR annual processes and activities and ensures compliance with HR policies. Manages timelines, team logistics and scheduling as necessary. The Associate HR Analyst must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the company.
The Work Itself
- Generates monthly HR transaction and headcount reports, audits, ensures data integrity and provides analysis for key metrics.
- Contributes to the annual HR processes for the team, including: developing timelines and key deliverables, tracking of completion, consolidation and analysis for Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Planning and Engagement activities.
- Evaluates and analyzes data and information from HR reports to determine HR issues impacting the business unit.
- Supports the annual performance management process in generating status reports on objective setting, mid-year reviews, and year end evaluations.
- Investigate/reconcile employee data issues in performance management and the learning center.
- Assists HR Business Partners in researching and investigating employee relations issues.
- Facilitates the Resource Management process, including approval process for postings and new hires.
- Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure compliance with ADP data management and administration.
- Partner with Finance to ensure headcount and business plan alignment.
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
- Possesses general tactical knowledge and/or skills in HR disciplines and practices.
- Knowledge or experience working in financial services and/or mortgage industry recommended.
- Be hands-on and own it.
- Be proactive and embrace change, being reactive doesn't work in our environment.
- Detail-oriented individual who can be relied upon to produce accurate deliverables.

Base Pay Range
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
