You will be a Sustainment Integration Office Project Lead - Level 4 within the AMMM Sustainment Integration Office. You will be responsible for providing logistics support to both internal and external Customers that align with the LM Aeronautics Sustainment Success System (S3).
What You Will Be Doing:
As a key member of the AMMM Sustainment Integration Office you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our AMMM Sustainment customers (current and future) by aligning the mission needs of our customers with the capabilities of our Sustainment Operations Capability Delivery System. You will be directly involved with all phases of sustainment from the development of sustainment offerings, business capture, and proposal development to contract execution and contract performance measurements.
Other responsibilities will involve but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting sustainment new business and proposal activity (RFI/RFP); ensuring sustainment work is bid consistently and appropriately.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for AMMM sustainment integration for C-130J and C-5M aircraft.
- Ensuring the development and creation of integrated sustainment solutions for each customer (domestic and international); drafting technical documents such as Statements of Work and Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs).
- Collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and logistics teams to optimize C-130J and C-5M fleet readiness.
- Creating internal and external executive-level presentations, ensuring messages are communicated correctly and consistently.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for sustainment contracts and business pursuits.
- Performing data analysis that validates the effectiveness of sustainment business processes and proposal offerings.
Basic Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university, OR holds an equivalent combination of education and experience. Holds at least 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Demonstrated sustainment background and experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements including Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Mods, Upgrades & Overhauls (MUO), Support Equipment, and/or Training.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with program management, business development, engineering, and/or sustainment teams.
- Ability to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of program contractual requirements, proposal development and approval processes, and financial performance management processes (including Earned Value concepts).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret minimum)
Desired Skills
- Holds a Masters degree from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of C-130J, C-5M, and P-3 aircraft sustainment.
- Experience managing elements of customer service and customer relationships.
- Knowledge of sustainment acquisition processes, proposal processes, and/or unique product support strategies
- Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how Sustainment impacts the overall success of the business
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate solutions that produce a positive outcome with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics aimed at impacting business decisions and performance
- Knowledge and experience with the development of Sustainment tools that positively impact mission capable rates, aircraft availability and fleet readiness
- Demonstrated ability to mature and transition technology offerings to a customer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate to all levels of leadership (internally and externally)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
