What you´ll do
- Experience within a LEAN manufacturing site utilizing computer skills, excel, PowerPoint.
- Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
- Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
