As a working student (Werkstudent) m/f/d in the Boeing Frankfurt Software Engineering and Flight Deck Germany groups, your task will be to support user training and onboarding as well as development and improvement for Boeing’s development assurance and pilot tools, and support flight deck human factors evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master/PhD degree program in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Business or a related technical field
Fluent in English
Commitment to working 20 hours a week (more during semester break)
You will be located in Neu-Isenburg, Germany and working with colleagues worldwide
Structured and self-organized working style
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working level German (B1+) is preferred
Past internship or work experience related to this position considered is a plus
International exposure from your studies and/or work experience beneficial
Ability to work in a fast paced international team environment combined with strong verbal, written and social skills
Work with internal and external customers to extract sophisticated requirements
Organize and lead software development work performed on- and off-site; strong ability to disambiguate requirements
Business/market analysis knowledge/experience is a plus
Knowledge of human performance in aerospace or other safety relevant industries beneficial
Aerospace regulatory awareness preferred
Experience with any of a scripting languages, e.g. Python, Javascript and or design Tools e.g. Figma, Sketch.
