Overview
The Building Maintenance Painter is responsible for painting and general maintenance support across multiple client facilities. This position serves as the primary resource for painting, touch-ups, surface preparation, and minor drywall repairs. The role will also assist with preventive maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and other duties requested by the client.

Responsibilities

- Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Perform paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs.
- Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during painting projects.
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance and minor building repairs.
- Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and general facility upkeep.
- Respond to work orders and client requests.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Travel between assigned client facilities.
- Follow all company and site safety procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of commercial painting experience.
- Experience with surface preparation, drywall patching, and paint application.
- Basic knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Ability to safely use ladders, painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments across multiple locations.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills.
