Join Maxim Healthcare as a Youth Support Aide/ Behavior Technician and help children and adults with autism and related developmental differences build communication, social, and daily living skills.
You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support
- Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Support positive behavior development
- Record session data and client progress
- Create engaging and structured learning environments
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
Plus one of the following:
- College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field
OR
- At least one year of experience as a:
- Behavior Technician
- ABA Therapist
- Behavioral Interventionist
- Paraprofessional
- Child Development Professional
- Camp Counselor
- Similar child-focused role
Additional Details
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
- Travel between client locations may be required
- Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
- Paid training and ongoing support provided
