You are responsible for developing and managing a small, high-performing, full stack team of software engineers to develop software using DEVOPS and Agile/Lean principles. You will work with peers and team members to create and maintain great products that support the business vision, while looking for ways to further optimize the engineering and product development process.
Provide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team health,product delivery, effectiveness, and career growth.
Directly architect, design and deliver high-quality code and ensure high standards of technical development are adhered by your team including observability, stability, scalability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness.
Expertise with cloud technologies: E.g., AWS, Serverless, Event Driven Architecture, SOA, MicroServices, Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure-As-Code, and other modern technologies.
Compensation Range:
$155,000.00-$200,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
