Job Description
The Senior Producer, Creative Content is responsible for managing and creating daily content for all platforms including social, digital, and linear. As part of the Original Content team, they will be tasked with producing engaging multi-platform content, planning and executing all aspects of both short and long form productions, and managing community programming. They must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as a modern videography and photography aesthetic. This person must be highly conceptual and able to manage a team for execution. They must be able to see these projects from concept to delivery. The ability to create high end content quickly is a must while also maintaining efficiency and accuracy. The Senior Producer Creative Content will have a focus on adapting content to meet ever-changing consumption habits.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and create high-end content across all platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients.
- Assist Management with cross departmental integrations
- Execute strong editorial judgement and standards skills
- Actively participate in daily content meetings and tailor content based on department goals
- Pitch creative concepts to stretch the bounds of the group's output.
- Work closely with other departments and leaders to develop ongoing content creation and build cross departmental collaboration.
- Maintain close interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent understanding and execution of long-term business objectives.
- Work with the creative department to develop and retain consistent style and branding with respect to original content.
- Manage external relationships
- Flexible scheduling based on content needs. Some local and national travel.
- Manage editorial and technical direction of creative content group

Salary range: $85,000-$105,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience (internships included)
- 5 years of editing experience of Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator or related editing software
Desired Characteristics:
- Knowledge of operating Sony Cinema Line and Sony a-series Cameras
- An eye for capturing still and video imagery in a modern aesthetic and technical style
- Ability to shoot, edit, and create engaging content.
- Ability to schedule staff, manage deadlines, and maintain production schedules
- Ability to line produce live and pre-produced programming
- Ability to write and edit copy that appeals to the target audience.
- Prior experience producing in a multiplatform content environment
- Experience producing for digital/social platforms.
- Knowledge and evolving awareness of current social media trends and metrics and how to produce to those platforms.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with outside entities- including branded content for clients.
- Ability to produce content quickly and accurately.
- Ability to produce both long and short form content from concept to delivery
- Ability to manage time and resources related to each project.
- Ability to communicate and problem solve with team members.
- Knowledge of evolving media and social trends
- Knowledge of audience analysis and metrics
