Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday- Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
- Ability to become solder certified
- Effective communication and team work
- Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
- A passion for learning/knowledge
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly
- IPC-610/620 Certifications
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017
- Masking and Coating with parylene
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $35559 - $56894
